Personal Finance students completed a unit on vehicles—buying versus leasing, costs, payments, down payments, and maintenance. Mrs. Dean ended the unit by inviting Ann Bush, State Farm Insurance, to speak to the students. They learned about student discounts, types of auto insurance, state requirements for insurance, and practical advice on what to do if they were involved in an accident. Ann's visit also included time for questions. We all appreciated her taking time to visit our class!
