Students from B-UHS that are currently in the Grow Your Own program traveled to Charleston on March 28th to participate in a banquet. Each senior received a stole for graduation and recognition for their participation in the TeachWV program.
The students that attended the banquet are: Angelica Black, Brandon Eskew, Jade Ferguson, Morgan Henderson, Carrigan Perry, Krista Posey, Elayna Propst, Caleb Ryan, Zander Swearingin, Shalayna Tenney, and Tiarah Spotloe.
Grow your Own is a program that gives high school students the ability to earn a teaching degree during their last 2 years of high school, and then 2 additional years of college.
