Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School

Families of 2023-2024 seventh and twelfth grade students are reminded to schedule  required vaccines. Seventh grade students will need the T-dap and first meningitis vaccines. Twelfth grade students will need the second meningitis vaccine. Proof of vaccination should be provided to school nurses prior to the first day of school, in order for students to attend class on the first day, per WV State Code Requirements.
